    1) Seats will be confirmed upon full payment and upon our confirmation email. 

    2) Once seat is confirmed, no refund will be allowed.  However, replacements can be made if you are unable to attend the session.

    3) Course feels are inclusive of writing materials, course notes & 1 tea-break

    4) There will be videography/ photography during the session which the organiser may or may not use in future marketing & promotional collaterals. 

    5) The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the course date due to unforeseen circumstances.
