What do you do when you are unable to answer a question from the audience?

You have done a very good job in your presentation.  You are pleased with your performance and so do the audience.  The audience have started to feel comfortable with your presence.  When it comes to the question and answer segment, a question came.  For some reasons, you just can't think of a suitable answer to the question. What do you do?
