THE LUNCH & LEARN SERIES
The Lunch and Learn session, also known as the Brown Bag session, is an informal learning event held during lunch time break at which people bring and have their own meals (usually lunches), and learn from the speakers.
It provides an opportunity for staff and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge on suitable topics that can contribute to their overall professional growth, without disrupting their normal work schedule. Combining a meal with learning creates a more relaxed setting at the workplace, while fostering team spirit and camaraderie. By doing so, it also promotes staff well-being.
At the Speaking Factory, each Lunch ad Learn session is 60 minutes in duration. We bring it to your organisation during lunch time, so it saves your time and money. Besides holding it during lunch, this learning event can also be held at other timings, such as 'BrownBag Breakfast' (usually between 9am-11am), BrownBag Brunch (usually between 10.30am - 12.30pm) or 'BrownBag TeaBreak" (usually between 3pm-5pm). The timing is yours to determine.
