Terms and conditions
1. The contest is open to all.
2. Answer all the questions listed on the quiz form, enter the required participant's details and click "Submit".
3. Each set of correct answers is entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance. Each email address is only allowed to submit one (1) entry.
4. The closing date of the quiz is indicated in the quiz form.
5. The draw will be held on 28 December 2012, 10pm. The decision of the judges shall be final.
6. Results will be announced and name of winners will be posted on the website two (2) weeks after the draw. All decisions on the draw by The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd shall remain final and binding and not subject to any queries and/or challenges by any party whatsoever.
7. The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd will contact winners after the draw via email to make arrangements to send the prizes .
8. An email/letter will be sent to winners to collect the prize within one (1) month of the date of the email/letter.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and all prizes will be awarded. Within one (1) month – i.e. thirty (30) working days from the date specified in the notification, winners and their parents/legal guardians (for contestants below the age of consent) will be required to claim their prizes. Any unclaimed prizes will be snowballed to another contest to be organised by The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd.
10. The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd reserves the rights to make changes to the Terms and conditions without any notice.
